Can i lose weight just by EXERCISING?
We’ve all heard the saying “you cannot outrun a bad diet”. There is truth in that statement. Exercise will help increase your energy and help with weight loss by cranking up calories burned. Resistance training will help preserve lean muscle mass. Weight-loss and overall healthy body changes, including muscle growth, will be optimized with a combination of exercise and healthy eating. The car will only run as well as the gas you put into it.
Do i already have to be in “good” shape in order to work with you?
Absolutely not. Each program will be tailored to your specific abilities and goals. You will grow from there and we will incorporate increasingly challenging goals.
